Admission Process Timeline

Our admission process is designed to be transparent, systematic, and family-friendly. Follow these steps to complete your child's admission.

Inquiry & Registration

Submit an online inquiry or visit the school admission office. Complete the registration form by paying the registration fee of ₹500.

Submission of Documents

Submit required documents (birth certificate, previous school reports, etc.) either online or at the admission office for verification.

Entrance Assessment

For Classes II onwards, students appear for a written assessment in English, Mathematics, and Reasoning. No written test for Nursery to Class I.

Successful candidates receive an admission offer letter via email and SMS within 7 working days after the interaction.

The entire admission process typically takes 2-3 weeks from registration to confirmation.

Eligibility Criteria

Admission is granted based on availability of seats and fulfillment of age criteria. Siblings of current students and children of alumni receive preference.

Pre-Primary (Nursery, KG)

Age Criteria:

  • Nursery: 3+ years as of March 31, 2024
  • KG: 4+ years as of March 31, 2024

Assessment: No written test. Child interaction and observation only.

Primary (Classes I-V)

Age Criteria: 5+ to 10+ years as of March 31, 2024

  • Class I: 5+ years
  • Class V: 10+ years

Assessment: Basic proficiency test in English and Mathematics (Classes II-V only).

Middle & High School (VI-XII)

Requirements:

  • Satisfactory academic record
  • Transfer certificate from previous school
  • Entrance test in relevant subjects

Class XI: Based on Class X board results and stream availability.

Important Note

Age relaxation up to 3 months may be considered for Pre-Primary admissions at the discretion of the admission committee. For Classes IX and XI, admission is subject to seat availability in the respective streams.

Document Submission Guidelines

All documents must be self-attested by parents. Original documents will be verified and returned immediately. Photocopies will be retained by the school. For Class XI admissions, Class X board marksheet is mandatory.
